Assertive rhetorician

As a patent attorney, Franz Möltgen loves to build up his arguments, to discuss them with his interlocutor, make a convincing case and sway him or her over to his side. Many of the good ideas for chains of argumentation and patent strategies come to him in the peace and quiet outside of work, when hiking in nature for instance. Winning is simply fun and a great motivation for the mechanical engineer. Whether it is the successful filing of a patent application or a successful strategy in patent infringement proceedings – there are small victories to be won everywhere in the profession.
